Nicaragua: Gardens for Coffee Growers

In the coffee lands of Central America, the struggle to feed families means that coffee beans aren’t the only crop growers anticipate. Blogger Michael Sheridan recently took part in a family garden workshop in Nicaragua. He and a small group of coffee growers learned techniques for securing a regular supply of veggetables. Fortunately for the rest of us, he brought his camera.
