    In my archdiocese of Saint Louis Missouri very little is being done concerning the Pope’s Encyclical. I spoke at an ecumenical gathering in support of the Encyclical, but there were no official representatives from the Archdiocese. I believe this is the most important document since Rerum Novarum. Why is it not being promulgated to all Catholics as part of Catholic social teaching?
