India Floods Hit More Than 3.5 Million

More than three and half million people were affected by the floods that hit one of the poorest regions of India. CRS was already working in Orissa, preparing people to cope with just such a crisis. It was one of the first humanitarian agencies to respond to the floods, and is now planning ways to support communities over the coming months.
